Most of the items are available in stock, but for backorder items it takes up to four weeks to ship them from Russia. Because each of these dolls is made individually, they have slightly different colors and styles. Each of the artist expresses him- or herself in each doll. Each doll is signed and usually dated by the artist.

We know your order is important. That's why most in-stock items are shipped from our warehouse the same or next business day. And depending on your location, we will have your order at your door within 2 to 7 business days. Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground in 48 continental states, which is most economical. Shipping and handling charges are calculated using your order subtotal.

However, if you prefer, we can ship using UPS Next Day. Just let us know.

Payment

Check or Money Order To make it simple, you can use our automatic on-line ordering form. If you have not received an order confirmation email from us within 2 business days of placing your order, please email us regarding your order! If we have not received your order online, we can not guarantee your items to be available when your payment arrives: items will only be held for 10 days from order date. If payment has not arrived within 10 days of order date you will be notified by email that we have not received payment and your order will be canceled. All orders paid by personal check will be shipped when check clears, normally within 7-10 days from receipt of your check. Refund policy

Satisfaction guaranteed. Universal Artists LLC represents our commitment to both quality service and products. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply return it within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Item must be in "like new" condition. Please contact us before sending the item. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless of course you are returning defective merchandise or merchandise we sent in error. All returns should be properly packaged and insured to avoid damage and should include all original boxes and paperwork to receive a refund, replacement, or credit. Credits or refunds can't be issued for improperly packaged returned items.
